Owner Tony Cibel accepts the 2018 Honorary Milestone Rammy Award given to "Tony and Joe's for 30 years of dining excellence from Mayor Muriel Bowser.
Tony was a native Washingtonian who owned and operated D.C. businesses including Tony and Joe’s and Nick’s Riverside Grill for over 50 years.
